Steven Shell is a dynamic and highly motivated real estate professional who is now one of the leading commercial specialists in the Rockland County and Hudson Valley region for Coldwell Banker.  He brings to each of his clients a broad base of knowledge and a deep understanding of the complexities of the current real estate market and the ever-changing business and financial climates.  Steven continues to put to good use his extensive studies in business and finance and his earned undergraduate degrees from Brooklyn College and Pace College as well as his advanced degrees from Pace University and St. John’s University.   Prior to coming to Coldwell Banker, Steven was the lead

commercial real estate agent for Century 21 Grand for twelve years where he earned both the Emerald and Platinum status for his outstanding sales record.  In 2013, Steven earned the prestigious recognition awards as “Top 75

Northeast Commercial Agents” and the “Top 10 Regional Commercial Sales Associates” at Coldwell Banker NRT Commercial.  In 2015, Steven was recognized as the “#2 Northeast Commercial Agent” at Coldwell Banker NRT Commercial and followed that up with another “Top 10 Regional Commercial

Agent Award” in 2016.  In 2017 Steven Shell earned the honor as the “Number

One Commercial Agent” for and also has the distinction of being “Number 56

Coldwell Banker Commercial Agent – Nationally”.  In 2018 and 2019 Steven

Shell received the awards for “Largest Number of Sold Properties”, “Largest

Number of Commercial Units Sold’, “Top Dollars in Sales”, and “Top Commercial

Producer”.  Steven was once again the “Number One Commercial Agent” for 2020 and 2021 at Coldwell Banker NRT Commercial.  Steven also received the prestigious Coldwell Banker Commercial 2021 International Award Designation as a top Commercial Agent with sales of over $33,000,0000.  During the past ten years, his sales, leases, and listings have exceeded $200,000,000.
